Who this course is for

This course is designed for complete beginners or students with very limited knowledge of English. No prior study is required — just curiosity and motivation to learn in a supportive group.

What you will learn (competencies)

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

• Introduce yourself and exchange basic personal information.

• Use simple greetings and polite expressions in everyday situations.

• Understand and use familiar words and short phrases (e.g. numbers, days of the week, food, family).

• Ask and answer very simple questions (e.g. ‘Where are you from?’, ‘Do you like coffee?’).

• Read and understand short texts like menus, timetables, or simple notices.

• Write short, basic sentences such as a postcard, a shopping list, or a simple email.

How you will learn (activities)

Classes are interactive, practical, and fun. You will:

• Practise speaking with classmates in pairs and small groups.

• Play vocabulary and grammar games to make learning memorable.

• Listen to audio recordings and watch short videos to improve comprehension.

• Do role-plays for real-life situations (ordering in a café, asking for directions, meeting new people).

• Learn pronunciation tips to help you sound clear and confident.

• Work with a mix of materials: worksheets, visuals, online tools, and group projects.

Requirements

1. No previous English knowledge needed.

2. A stable internet connection, computer/tablet, and a headset or earphones.

3. Willingness to participate actively and practise speaking during lessons.

What to expect

After completing this level, you will:

• Feel more comfortable starting conversations in English.

• Have a basic toolkit of words and phrases for travel, socialising, and everyday life.

• Be ready to move on to Elementary English (A2) with confidence.

• Enjoy learning in a small, supportive group (3–10 learners).
