About your teacher
Hi! My name is Luís and I am a qualified teacher with more than 12 years of experience. I have created EngLuish Hub as a complement to my online classes. Here you can find a range of resources tailored to different proficiency levels and learning objectives.
My classes are focused on enhancing your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. I provide clear and engaging explanations of grammar while exploring and expanding your vocabulary and knowledge of the English language. You will leave each class with a sense of accomplishment!
The aim of EngLuish Hub is to allow you to better communicate in an English-speaking environment, whether you are looking to enhance your professional skills, pass an exam or simply learn English for fun.

Start your English journey in a group class for complete beginners (A0 – A1). Learn basic English words and sentences step by step, gain confidence, and practise together in a friendly group.

Improve your English in a group class for learners at A2 level. Practise everyday conversations, build your vocabulary and grammar, and gain more confidence using English in real situations.

I am a CELTA-qualified teacher with years of experience both in real-life classrooms and online. Over the years, I have developed strategies to explain grammar and vocabulary in a concise and simple way. My students find me friendly and approachable. I speak 4 languages, which gives me a unique insight into the challenges of learning a foreign language.
I offer structured classes tailored to your proficiency level and learning objectives. Through quizzes, texts, exercises, discussions and fluency challenges, I will guide you through the inner workings (and quirks!) of the English language. I like to focus on practical exercises to get you speaking English as soon as possible. My goal is to support your learning and be a friendly guide to achieve fluency.
